I make Tuna patties and they are really yum and I'm not much of a fish fan but I geuss yours would be very similar.... I add some fresh parsley too.

I use flour on my fish like a batter then fry it makes cripie, my mom uses cornmeal and flour mixed together and frys it that way, if I am cooking frozen fish I thaw drain the water off really well if you don't it could have a fishy taste to it and fall apart up while cooking it. Ifs it fresh fish that we catch i soak it in salt water for about an hour and drain it well then flour and fry it.
