Crush corriander leaves with a few garlic cloves, one or two green chillies, lime juice and salt into a thin paste. Use it as a dip with french fries, cheese fingers or any snack of your choice. Taste it once and you will always thank me for sharing this tasty bliss.

I love imli chutneys too.The sweet and sour taste is just tongue tickling. I don't know what is to be done with the imli pulp.Put on heat and cook with salt? Tch,I really don't know. What a shame. Let's search for some one who knows this preparation. Lol.

Yummy..... Even as i am reading my mouth is waatering and i feel like eating something. I know about the chutney even before reading your article because my mom makes good chutney just by the same method you had said. She adds coconut gratings also into it. I know how great it tastes. I will right away go home and make some chutney.
