I've been cooking vegetarian for about 40 years now. I can cook some East Indian dishes, as Indian food is my favorite kind of food. What I'm wondering, living in America, does anyone out there have a really tempting tofu dishes? I see tofu cooked in different ways in the health food stores, but I want to do this myself, plus I want to know how to make, say, tofu "meat" loaf, or tofu loaf. For that matter, does anyone have a really great recipe for a vegetarian "meat" loaf? I do eat cheese and milk products, and even eggs on occasion. So I use these food items in my cooking. I'd so much appreciate any ideas. Eat happy!

My cousing is a vegetarian and I lived with him for a year. He did all the cooking. He substitued tofu for meat and I must have to admit that every meal was a delite. I really enjoyed it a lot. Lloyd
