hey there, has anybody recently loked back on there photographs of the past?
my baby daughter pulled mine out of the cupboard last night and i looked through all of them, some are when i was 15 and 14 and then 11 and newborn up to a toddler, i thought wow, i got a mirror and looked at myself now and i was just thinking to myself, just look how happy i was when i was a child running around with my twin..hehe!
then on the other hand looking at myself now, i would say i truly look rough and it made me upset to look at my pictures when i was 15 and 16, i just looked so healthy and has nice clear skin where as now it's gone a bit blotchy, i was quite upset thinking ' when am i going to look like that again' the pictures were just amazing and to think how much ive changed from healthy and pretty to not very healthy and not so pretty! i had nice hair thee and skin and so on! aaaahhhhhhh im going to stop rambling now, lol!
does anybody else look back at there pictures from a few years?
if so ae you happy with yourself now or then and does it amaze you to see how much you have changed!?

Ei there meg! .. Haha! Filipinos are soo sentimental regarding memorabilias of the past. We still got soo many pictures of our childhood. LOL. I can't stand seeing my pictures when i was a kid and growing up. So cheesy! haha. . . on the other hand, don't feel bad about yourself. U-r just damn too busy with work at home that's why. Don't think much of it my friend. U-r still beautiful inside and out, always remember that! mwah! (",)

hey anjks thanks alot for your kind words you soo cheered me up hey hey! LOL! yes i should realise that im busy at home but always when i go out i get the funny looks off people, i always say to my boyfriend is there something not right about me! lol! oh well im not bothered anymore because im sure i will get better in all ways! thanks alot for responding and you earned best response! your so nice hehe! :o) +

I am a pensioner now and have been married for 45 years , My grandchildren look at our old pictures and they fall about laughing at the clothes we wore , they laugh at our wedding pictures because of the hat styles , Not in a bad way though , I am always telling them that their children will do the same to them , I hope I live to See the day lol that I can laugh at their styles , My eldest granddaughter is 17 and her trousers are low and her tops are high , and she laughed at me lol xx

Whenever I get company we always go through my pictures.. my friends call me the historian, I have tons of pictures. I love looking through them and remembering people who have passed, goods time that could never happen again even if you tried and places that I've been ...the part hate that I have changed so much from then till now, but it never stops me from smiling when i look at them, they were such good times.

It's always weird looking at old pictures because we always look so different as the years go by. There are pictures I want to rip up now when I see them lol. But I'm sure a lot of people are like that too. Baby pictures are always so nice to see.

oo i want to frame my ones, lol! in our living room, i have pictures in frames of me now and id truly ather have my pictured up of me before as i looked alot prettier, not to be bigheaded or anything, lol! it's amazing just to see how much we do change over the years! the baby pictures were funny, i acually look like my baby now when i was a baby, hehe with curly hair! thanks alot for responding, rated you +..hehe! :o)

Sometimes when I look at pictures of me from years ago I think I haven't changed much. But there are other times when I look really young and wish I looked like that now. My daughter likes to ee those pictures and always mkes me feel better when she says "mom you're still pretty now, I think you look like your picture." Thank heavens for kids!LOL!

Every now and again I show the old photos to my grandchildren and they ooh and aah and say "Is that really you?" They can't believe just how much people can change over the years. They have a great laugh when they see the photos of me wearing a mini skirt. Those photos really make me freak out. I would love to have me long silky auburn hair and my unwrinkled skin, but it's all part of growing old. I can't say that I am unhappy with how I look now and I get to go for facials and beauty treatment which I never did when I was young. Nothing like pampering ourselves in our old age.

aww haha alexandria, i never used to wear skirts, i was always in jeans, my mum used to wear skirts when she was alot younger too i have a picture of her in my album too, hehe! i just can't wait to show my daughter when she's younger and she what she has to say, lol! thanks alot for sharing with me! rated +. :o)

We are all getting older and cannot expect to look like our teenage selves. Don't get so upset because that will not help you. If you think that you are not healthy perhaps you can go to your doctor and ask for help. Don't feel bad, when I look at my old pictures as a kid, I looked like a little nerd! Ugly glasses, skinny as all get out, it was not pretty. Now I try to take better care of myself, we all need to exercise and feel good about ourselves. When we grow older, life's circumstances sometimes take a toll on us. Take care of yourself zXmeganxX...Hope you feel better!
