Here's another reason or excuse to love chocolates more. Scientist found out that a chemical substance named flavanols which is one of the ingredients of cocoa increase the blood flow to the brain and maybe useful for treating some vascular impairments in the near future. Clinical trials also shown that flavanols have also benefits for the heart. Now chocolate, according to this is good both to our heart and brain.
