I love Mitch Albom's works! I've read Tuesdays with Morrie and the 5 people you meet in heaven. Tuesdays with morrie was really heart warming. It's about a special friendship that helps you learn to value the important people in your life.
With the 5 people you meet in heaven, it's just interesting because it makes you realize that every one we meet in life are people who will touch our lives one way or another. And that goes the same for us, we also touch other peoples' lives. It's up to us to leave a good imprint or a good memory to those people.

I lost a friend about 8 years ago. I read (listened to) The Five People You Meet in Heaven and found it a very interesting take on the afterlife. I probably should actually read it, there is just something about slowly reading a book, re-reading passages that listening to it on audio fails to do. I will have to buy it if I want to, maybe I'll listen to it again.

I love Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom, I think it should be required reading for life.
Just for being a human being it should be required reading.
I am sorry about your mom I know how hard that is.

I have read "Tuesdays with Morrie" and Ican say that it helped me realized that life is so short that we have to make the most out of it by spending it on what is important on us, such as our family.
