This is the favorite question for grammar checkers. A while ago I got confused on which one to use. Its as if my mind went blank and I dont know what each means. What is the difference? Do you sometimes use the wrong word too?

Especially is, I think, used when refering to time or object. Specially is used when refering to something that one does or the way one acts. At least I think that's what it is. I mean, I know what it is, but I think it pictures more so than words, so I have a hard time explaining something like this to someone else. No, I don't usually use the wrong word, unless I'm tired or something.

that's very difficult. i could probably answer it if i look at the dictionary or research it but i'm too tired. anyways the difference is the spelling.lol. maybe if i encounter that problem i would just use the one that i think is right at that moment.

There isn't any difference, specially is simply incorrect...learn people, learn.
