I know it is illegal for an interviewer to ask a job candidate certain questions. Is it also illegal to ask those questions after the person is hired?

Any of the illegal questions: are you a US citizen?; do you plan on having children?; what type of military discharge do you have?; have you ever been arrested?; etc. All of these are illegal (in the US) to ask job candidates. Are they also illegal to ask after someone is hired?

u dont mention the the certain question . with out knowing the certain question , how can i say its loegal or illegal.................
