This isn't just for Canadian soldiers over there fighting, this is for ALL soldiers over there.
Do you have anyone in the war? If so, what would you say to them if you could see them at this very moment?
For those of you without anyone over there, what would you say to a soldier?
And last, but definitely not least, for those of you that have lost someone to war, my sincerest condolences.

Let's not forget those brave women over there :)
I don't know if I could marry someone in the army or not...I think that if I loved them enough, sure, but I'd worry like hell day in and out...just like I do already..lol.

I hate Wars! I don't even like to talk about wars. so I will end the discussion. I just thought I should post something I didn't want to skip over you. Have a nice day!

I have two friends who are over there. And if I could see them and talk to them right now, I'd tell them both that I don't support what they're doing, but I support *them*, and I'm proud of them and can't wait for them to get home safely. I worry about them, and I miss them like hell, but I know they don't have any choice in this war, and that while they don't agree with it either, they're going to do their best because they're soldiers. And I can respect that.

Many soldiers over there are indeed wondering just what the hell they're fighting for anymore. War is just relentless and horrible, but I give them the utmost respect for staying and not just abandoning and saying screw it all.

I know a few friends who went over.
Out of those who went 2 are already back for a different reason. although the others I know and family should be back soon, in fact one of my cousins should be here within the next 2-3 weeks as my father sister called us yesterday regarding this.
It's good to hear their finally coming home. =)

Glad to hear your cousin will be home soon. It's a constant worry about them while they are away.

Stay strong.
I have a very dear friend over there right now. Everyday I don't hear from him is a worry day. I'm lucky that through the computer and phone we communicate every few days. I get a call once a week. It's 35 minutes I chersih where my life here stops and my focus is him.
An hour ago I went to pick up my car at the dealership. I'm thankful my husband was driving. On the over pass there sat two fire trucks and a ton of people waving Canadian flags. We drove slow and watched as a fallen soldier was being transported. The first thing I did when I got home was send him a email telling him how brave he is and what he means to me. The tears are still falling.....
