1996 Kia Sephia troubleshoot

1996 Kia Sephia, 102,000 miles. Dies out in middle of road. I can drive all day and it will just stop. I believe it dies when the brake is depressed. It will not start up again and has to be pushed. It has a new battery, a new alternator. We have noticed that the car radio(non-manufacture installed) goes out and within a few minutes the car dies. When we try to restart the car, nothing happens. occasionally, we hear 2 click sounds when trying to re start.

This really does sound like an alternator problem. Have you taken your car to the shop to have them test the new alternator? May parts stores have machines that can do this and they tend to do it cheaply. Let me know what they say.
