Somebody knows Chloride of Magnesium?  

I am not sure but chloride of magnesium willbe magnesium chloride. I am not a big chemist but i think that will be the one. I am not sure of its capabilities.

So now you will know why they say an apple a day keeps the doctor away, it is because apples are high in magnesium.

Magnesium is a mineral that is needed for bones and dentition and for normal nerve and muscle operation. i have learned that magnesium deficiency symptoms are muscle cramps, tremors, irregular heart beat, loss of appetite, nausea, anxiety and weakness.
Wholegrain cereals, wholewheat bread, nuts, legumes, green vegetables, meat, milk, fish are all good sources of food, which provide magnesium.
