How to get successed?

Set goals, I am not talking about huge goals, start with small ones and as you reach them, you gain more confidence. Do not go it alone, teamwork is essential in almost every successful story. Surround yourself with friends who have your best interest at heart. And find a mentor to help you acheive whatever you set out to do.

I would look at what others have done that are doing what you want to do. I would research all the information possible and learn all you can about what you want to do. Learn from the mistakes they have made and then you wont repeat them.
