Which one is better - Canon or Hewlett-Packard printer?  | |  I want to trade in my old Canon printer and I need an opinion on which is better and which model?

personally i have used both kinds and found the hp's to be the better make but some people prefer canon's some people prefer lexmarks it's all down to personal prefernece.

Then, you check the printing speed, for certain resolution. Normally, largest resolution cause slowly, printing speed. You should compare this specification. Then, you should compare the cost for ink.
I'm using Canon PIXMA 3000, it had wireless features, saparate tank ink... and the best features i seek for is, printing to CD...

The best thing is to shop around and see what's the best buy, get some feedback from the sales person/s and then choose.
Also take into consideration if buying ink-injected how much it will cost to buy new ink refills, as some are a lot more expensive than others.

So hp have more choices and better quality!
