Can you give me recipe of hot chocolate?

This is just a basic recipe but it tastes really good. It's got a lot of positive reviews. Combine the cocoa, sugar and pinch of salt in a saucepan. Blend in the boiling water. Bring this mixture to an easy boil while you stir. Simmer and stir for about 2 minutes. Watch that it doesn't scorch. Stir in 3 1/2 cups of milk and heat until very hot, but do not boil! Remove from heat and add vanilla. Divide between 4 mugs. Add the cream to the mugs of cocoa to cool it to drinking temperature.

I don't know how to make the actual chocolate but i can give you some pointers on what else you should put in! On top of my hot chocolate i put cream which melts into the drink as you sip. On top of that i put some marshmallows which taste great when they mix in and on top of that some chocolate sprinkles. :]
