Recently FOX news did a story where a pizza parlor in Texas was accepting pesos as payment. Is there anything wrong with this? Is allowing pesos as a form of payment making provoking illegal immigrants to come into our country?

I don't see a problem with it. I've spent American dollars in several countries. It's just a question of whether the merchant wants to fool with the conversion rates himself in exchange for making things more convenient for his customers. And having pesos in your wallet doesn't necessarily make you an illegal. I was born and raised in America and don't have any Latino ancestry at all, but I've got a couple of hundred pesos in my wallet at the moment. I think I picked them up in Texas.
