I have never really thought too much about my health until the past two years ...now with a two year old i need to ..I want to see her graduate ...lol
I did purchase a bottle of vitaimins to start taking but they make me get an upset stomach ...I see that a couple of these herbs and vitamins are not reccommended if you have high blood pressure ...just wonder if I could take the ginseng for myself to have more energy without upset stomach ... makes me want to look into it more and find out thanks for this discussion ... :D
