Working with irritating people

It seems that no matter what job you end up in, you are bound to find someone who is going to make it hard on you. My two last jobs, ive had to deal with someone like that, they worry more about you and your life than about themselves. Its as if someone is always waiting for you to come into that job and know they have to make your work life a living hell. You know its those people who constantly try to make your day a bad one, and who when you come home after a long days work, thats the first person your talking about because that how frustrating it is. I know ive had to deal with someone like that on both my last two jobs and it made me want to quit everyday i worked at both jobs. Im sure there are alot of us out there who have dealt with or are dealing with these type of people, tell me about your experiences .
