Spring line & center of gravity of conduit

What is the spring line of Conduit? What is the center of gravity? Are they he same? Is the Spring line the inside diameter or outside diameter of conduit, as in welde steel pipe for example?

Centre of gravity is the point where the gravitational force is zero
And yes Spring line of conduit is the point where the elasticity is zero
