How the Nike + iPod Works

The Nike + i pod Sport Kit essentially combines a portable music player with a pedometer -- two devices that runners have used for years.

I've seen this before, and I think it's really cool. I don't have either, running shoes or an iPod. However, if I were a runner, I would definitely have this device!
