What famous person would you like to share your cooking with?

Imagine preparing a dinner for someone famous ( or not so famous) and having a discussion over dinner with them for hours. The person could be living or deceased ( I often have dinner with my Granddad who was an excellent wine maker, he's long gone but "pops in" sometime whem I'm cooking)
As this is October and fall weather allows for spending more time in the kitchen preparing your favorites- what would you choose for your main meal and how about an excellent wine, too?
My choice for a dinner guest would be Emiral Lagasse, whose passion for great food matches my own. What would I serve him? A big pot of shrimps and crayfish with Andoulle sausage and rice.
The wine? A big Spanish Red or Aussie merlot from around year 2001.
The discussion? How us plain folks could help get New Orleans back on it's feet and an action plan that I could start the very next day.

My father I miss him so much. I use to make him chicken and dumplings. When I was younger he use to get me out of bed and we would watch scary movies together; have 7-up, bologna, and chunks of chocolate. One time I made shrimp fried rice and wontons from sratch and my father enjoyed immensly. God Bless
