My Civic's serpentine belt quit spinning today.

My Civic's serpentine belt quit spinning today. The battery light came on and the power steering quit working. The belt is not broken, so what could be causing this? I cant figure out whether I need a new alternator or power steering pump or what. I am sure the water pump and the oil pump did not quit because I didnt overheat or lose oil pressure....What do I do???
