How many days per week do you workout and for how long?

What's more important, cardio or strength training? I have not worked out in months,but I plan to start again really soon. I enjoy pilates and water aerobics. When I exercise I workout for about 45 minutes 3 days a week.

I am not so good at this until the weather is nice and warm. When I do decide to do the work-outs it is usually only 30 minutes, I don't have much more time than that available.

I don't work out much either when it's cold.Today I'm going to Gold's Gym for a trial aerobics boot camp class.

None. Zero. Nada. he he he! I am lazy so I call walking for about 4 hours my exercise already and I get to do it about 2-3 times a week. I plan to do more though. I actually love to jog but lately I just haven't found the time.
