Hi friend and Members of my lot I thought that it would be appropriate to send out some more tips on healthy tips to help you. An alternative to medication for lowering cholesterol.
Recipe:
2 cups of pure grape juice, 1 cup apple juice, 1/4 cup white vinegar, Drink 2 ounces daily. I have lowered my cholesterol 60 pts. Plus eating oatmeal daily.
Another different tip.
Shaving Tip
Hello, I have a tip for the shaving of ladies legs, bikini line, etc. I use a simple Gillette for shaving, but instead of shaving foam or cream, I use "shower oil" from Nivea. The knives are slipping nicely over the skin. This works great and it leaves your skin nice, smooth and soft. The skin is not irritated and not dry at all after shaving.

Hi kathy, would you know how long it took you for your Cholesterol to lower that much? I have been using Logicol regularly and my last reading before Christmas it had gone up instead of down. I am due again in a few weeks to be tested again, and then medication was to be discussed. I also have an under-active Thyroid and a low funtioning liver as was also shown in last blood tests so not keen to be going on all these meds. including what I am on for Menopause! So would like to give your remedy a try!

Thanks for the recipe for cholesterol lowering drink. I lvoe grape juice. We use vinegar to take away garlic and ramp breath. It works wonderfully. We just drink a few tablespoons after we have eaten the offensive food. I will try your drink mixture to lower cholesterol. We eat alot of oats so we are covered there. Thanks so much for your tip.

Thanks for the tips. I have noticed quite a reduction in my cholesterol since adding salmon to my diet twice a week. Sometimes I have it grilled and other times I cook the salmon early in the day and then chop it into small squares for use in a salad for lunch.
