Because I just got a new contract under Cingular, and since every plan is now 2 years I wanted to make sure it works up there. | |  You should be able to go to the Cingular website and type in a Syracuse zipcode to see if they offer coverage there. I live in Central New York and I know that many people that I know have Cingular cell phones. I think you'll be fine.
If you're going to be attending SU, use the zipcode of the college.
