If you're like shopping, I recommend SM North Edsa, which is known to be the highest earner among all SM branches. It is located at EDSA North Avenue. Aside from it, you can also go to SM Cubao, Gateway and Ali Mall which are all located in Cubao. From SM North Edsa, you can go there just by MRT. A new mall is soon to be opened in front of SM North Edsa, which is TriNoMa (Triangular North of Manila). Some of their botiques are now open but other botiques are still under construction. If you like bar hopping, you can go along West Avenue, there are many pubs along in which you can hang out with. You can also go to Libis for more options. However, if you like to enjoy peace with the nature, I recommend Quezon City Circle at elliptical road, La Mesa Eco Park located at Diliman, Ninoy Aquino Park and Wild Life at Diliman and Butterfly House along Quezon Avenue. Despite the many attractions in Quezon City, you can go to all the places I have mentioned in just a day because they are near each other. If you're a commuter, it wouldn't cost you much for you can go to those places just by jeepney and taxi. Since I lived half my life in Quezon City, specifically, in Tandang Sora, there are still other attractions in Q.C. which I haven't mentioned (like the popular hotels, etc.) but I assure you, those are just some of the best places I miss in Quezon City that's why I can't help but go back to those. Trust me, I've been to those places.:)

If you like window shopping, there's a new place right in front of SM North and it's Trinoma which stands for Triangle North Mall and is owned by Ayala group of companies. They have a mini-park near their cinemas. Try to visit it.
