|  What musical instrument(s) can you play? what instruments would you like to learn how to play? I have played the violin/fiddle for 32 years.*ack* I should be better at it than I am! I would love to learn to play the harp and the banjo, and the mountain dulcimer (correctly) oh and the hammered dulcimer is incredible! but then there is always the bowed psalter....oh so many instruments so little time. But I would have to say that my favorite stringed instrument is the Cello, it is so mellow, earthy and rich in its tone.

| |  The flute. I dont like the rythm instruments like drums, banjo... nor do i like the stringed ones. The flute is the most natural of all instruments and i swear it is the easiest to carry around...

| | LOL, you cracked me up with "I swear it is the easiest to carry around" it brought back a memory of my childhood, I had my leg in a cast and was on Crutches trying to lug my book bag and heavy duty violin case the 1/2 mile to the bus stop, while my brother just smirked at me! yes a flute would have been much easier to tote about! | | | |

| |  Hi Modestah I bet you play really well I play the flute I learned this a school and played in the swimgband and orchestra it was fun except for the grade exames and having to remember all the scales.now I play at home for me and my kids (and the neighbours!) My mum has a paino I would like to learn to it may be my kids will play it it would be nice to have the use of it my mum still plys and my dad sings we are a musical family that way.
I like the violins sound they do not need any other accompniment to sound great.

| |  I can't play any musical instruments unfortunately, though i would love to be able to play the piano, and i've always fancied myself as a drummer! My partner plays bass guitar and he plays it excellently! He tried to teach me but my fingers were too soft and i found they started to ache quickly and weren't really long/big enough to manage the chords on the strings.
