Okay heres the question, why is it that a lot of memebers don't go back to the discussions they replied to & see if there were any comments added to their reply? I do that the 1st thing when I get on myLot. I reply to a lot of posts that aren't on my friends list & I like/prefer to see how they felt about my comments etc. So let's get looking & searching all over our sight to earn more points cash & higher rating. This also helps out other members achieve the same things. I try to be as helpfull and beneficial to other members whenever and however I can. Just my thoughts for today. Thank you all for bearing with me and happy postings.

The only reason i dont go back and check is because i tend to post alot and well my comp is slow lol. But sometimes i will go back and look.

i always go back to my disscutions and reply to other peoples posts,even to say thank you for your response
the way i look at it if they took the time out to answer my post then i cant take time out to say thanx and i alway pick best response aswell.
most people dont repley as they made that many posts they cant repley to peoples answers

Granted that it takes me a few hours or even days to catch up but I do try my darndest to reply to most. Thanks also for your reply. Happy Postings. I'm Grandpa Bob & I'm a myLotaholic. HAHAHAHA.

I also like to read what comments are left after I respond to topics, but half the time I don't believe the person who posted the topics has even bothered to read the responses. If I find after a few weaks that they haven't even bothered to rate a best response then I don't bother to respond to their topics in the future and I will also delete them from my friends list if they are on it. Sometimes I feel like I am talking to a brick wall.

I know exactly how you feel. I have one on my friends that the site he has is mostly construed of links & topics for other money making sights/schemes. So he was deleted with a reason messaged to him as why. he seemed to take it well as he had about 12,000 points yet only a 5 star rating. I try to wait for a bit on rating a response the best unless one comes along that slaps me in the head saying THIS IS IT. HAH!!! I set up my friends list to "reply is on" so I get emails when they start a new discussion or reply to one of mine. That's very helpful for me. Anyhow thatnks for a great reply & would you send me a friends request so I may add you? Thankx in advance. Happy Postings.

I wonder if there's much of a reality in that statement... I mean i do that a lot... but i really couldnt do much if the post that i've replied to... has only selected me as a best response and have not added anything more to it... or even in most cases if there is no response at all... what is it that one can do about it!!!???
i think its the same case with everyone else.... too... everyone i guess is keen on to see hw did they do with their comments and reply on our comments also do motivate most of us mylotters...

That's my point basically. I like to see replies/comments on what I said but I've noticed a lot are never commented on. That's the way to make money though. Anyhow thanks I enjoyed your reply. Happy Postings.

I like going back to discussions I've posted on to see if the poster has replied. It's almost like a gift when they have, since so many don't. I understand that'll happen on the extremely popular posts. I'm just a spring chicken here at myLot, but on the discussions I've posted, I try to reply to the comments, especially when it's a good one!
I think too many are focused on just earning money. While I'll admit, it's a huge part of why I joined this wonderful site, I think it's important to remember that building the community as we make money will be important in making myLot into the best of it's kind.

I have to admit there are a few on my list that I dont go back. The reson being is that I dont respond as much to their discussions. Also some that don't leave decent responses as far as helpful etc I dont respond to. Thanks and have a blast. Im getting bogged down just doing the responding due to that email glitch. Which is still happening.

As you've figured out by now, I do read your posts and respond in kind to most of them. If I feel I can help or feeling a lil like teasing ya, I'll respond. lol I do that with every post I respond to. Sometimes I just read the posts and move on. Especially if there are plenty of helpful responses posted b4 I get to it.

Thanks for going back to ALL my posts. Hahahaha! The responses are one thing I truely enjoy here. After I log on thats the first thing I do is read all the previous days responses to my discussions & my comments.

That sounds like a lot of work Grandpa! So I will see if i can find the time to try this stratedgey (sp?) I agree with misty though a lot of times additional comments aren't needed. Happy Postings Grandpa ;) ( you got me saying that now!
