what program or software should i use to open a .cbr or comic book reader file?

hi fellow mylotters. i have a bit of problem here. i got sandman neatly stashed in my computer but i can't access it. it has the extension .cbr and .cbz. according to wikipedia, its a zip or rar file of sequenced images. but when i right-click it to unrar or unzip, there is no option to 'extract here' it only shows 'add to filename.rar' can anyone please help me? thanks :) (haha i might sound really stupid but i honestly dont know what to do to open them)
