Check out Mark 3:29 where is states that "But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit wiil never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin."
What does the word blasphemy mean?

Blasphemy is denying Jesus Christ came in the flesh, but much more than that. It is equating God and Christ with the devil. It's what those Pharisees did when they said that Christ cast out demons through demons. It is what it says one denies the Holy Spirit --and in turn denies God, so it is unforgivable. No Christian is guilty of blasphemy. Blasphemy is in non believers who never ever come to know God and Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. It is not in non believers who think Christians are nice people, but like them, but only in those who are intolerant to the Christian religion.

Well there's blasphemy..which is speaking profanely
against something holy, for instance the movie that depicts Christ and the disciples as gay. That's blasphemous.
But blasphemy against the Holy Ghost was explained to me as refusing to let the Holy Ghost speak through you when you are taken before the magistrates and powers set up by the antichrist. At that day those of us who are unfortunate enough to be here will be taken up before them to speak and the Holy Spirit will give us what to say. We're not to premeditate or try to think about what we'll say but the Holy Ghost will give us the words. If a person refuses the Holy Spirit and doesn't let Him speak through them they will not be forgiven. I believe there is only one time that this can happen. Everything else will be forgiven except that.
