wow sounds like you are really mad because wont let her daughter date..i think its a good ideal.she is trying to keep her safe an protect her.i wished my mom did the same thing to me..lol.

The nerve, I bet shes going to ban her daughter from relentlessly releasing substandard pop tunes too. "No Lourdes, You cant do a teen dance cover of "Ace of Spades by Motorhead, that might detract from my American Pie being the worst cover of all time. "

I have to give Madonna a lot of credit for helping her daughter avoid making some of the same mistakes that she made when she was younger. Not dating until 18 may seem radical, but I'm sure that Madonna knows the scrutiny that her daughter will be under by the paparazzi and wants to help her to avoid that whole mess. I give her credit for doing what is best for her daughter. Who are we to tell her how to raise her children?

As parents, we all want better for our kids. Madonna most likely does not want her daughter to make the mistakes she has made. I was a wild teen, (thank God I have grown out of) Do you think I want my children doing what I did? It goes by the saying "If I only knew then what I know now" Which is what we try to teach our children.
