From economist become fisherman, what do you think?!

I just finished my meeting with a businessmen who is dealing with fish,..a tuna project with a budget from the government...He is inviting me to transfer my two fishing boat to him to start my business with him in the tuna project....what do you guys think about this?...I am an economics and business degree holder and pursuing a master in tourism management and now getting involve into a fish market....I adore that businessmen actually which he is from the same background and now he is a successful businessmen in fish market and tourism,...he got a lots of budget from government to do his tuna project...Do you think this is a great opportunity for me?
