This works great !!! The cool part is that no one has to wait for their special omlette and no frying! Have everyone write their name on a quart-size Ziploc freezer bag with permanent marker. Crack 2 eggs (large or extra-large) into the bag (not more than 2) shake to combine them. Put out a variety of ingredients such as: cheeses, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, hash browns, salsa, etc. Each person adds prepared ingredients of choice to their bag and shake. Make sure to get the air out of the bag and zip it up. Place the bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot! Open the bags and the omlette will roll out easily. Be prepared for everyone to be amazed.

I've tried scrambled eggs in the microwave before, but this is a Great idea. No frying pan to wash afterwards either. I think it'll even top my sister-n-law's recipe for overnight breakfast casserole! LOL Thanks for passing along the idea. :D

the eggs are a lot more moist this way then the microwave-- and you can throw out the bag--- and here you can get the ziploc bags at the dollar store so their not really expensive. It's good even just for two of you- so you can eat together instead of making them one at a time.

Thats seems real simple. I would have a hard time screwing that up.lol. I might have to try it. And its got to be healthier because you aren't frying it. Thanks for sharing this.
