try to increase the speed game settings under gameplay settings. the default setting is 40 which is too slow so try increasing it. if that still doesn't work then you do not have enough power on your system to run the game. the recommended system requirement for nba live is at least 1.3 ghz processor speed, 128mb video card memory (i suggest you to use fx type of card for lighting effects), and 512mb system memory.
