do you experience having a stalker?

sometimes I think one of the 'friends' we all hang out with is slightly stalking. He doesn't always call and when we all arrive somewhere, he will magically appear 10 minutes later. He doesn't get along with one of our friends, and sometimes when they're over he won't come, but then 2 minutes after that person leaves, they are once again ringing the door bell. It's really weird. It could be a coincidence.

I had a time once where I was trying to park in my parking spot at my apartment and someone was in my reserved spot. I circled and waited a second. Then I realized they weren't gonna move from my spot. It was like 1am, I was tired, I wasn't gonna wait. I got out of my car and the moment I did they started it up and came for me...I got freaked out and got back in my car and circled the block. They went left I went right. I returned to my place, got my parking spot, got out and started walking to my apartment....30 seconds later they were back driving towards me. I BOOKED IT! I Ran like heck and locked the door. Stalker? Strange series of events that was harmless? Who knows....but it was scary!

call the police, if it's a stalker, he won't stop.
