| help my kid is a puppy dog lol  | | | |  My son who is 3 is following me everywhere around the house. His older brother just started school and seems like he lost his sidekick.He wont play or watch tv by himself.When i cook he will sit in the kitchen watching me, when i go to the loo he will stand or sit outside the door.But as soon as his brother is home..I suddenly become invisible lol. U guys have the same experience? How can i teach him to be more independant and play by himself.

| |  Sounds pretty typical to me. I remember having a hard time even going to the bathroom by myself. He'll grow out of it. In the meantime, just try to provide interesting distractions in other rooms of the house.

| |  LOL! How cute! He jsut adores his older brother and wishes he could go with him to school too! My younger son is 2 and my older son is 7...but my younger son will watch tv by himself and play his trains. Maybe you can teach him 123s or ABCs and tell him he has to learn these things so he can go to school with his older brother next year :) Good luck!
