Salmonella in the peanut butter

We had affected jars of both peter pan and walmart. All our grocery stores have pulled all effected products from their shelves immediately, so that is good...however, my daughters were both terrible sick from the peter pan p-butter before we learned of the recall. they had also gone through half a jar of the walmart brand before the recall was announced. They did not get sick from the Great Value (walmart) brand however.

when i was still working in convergys, we actually encountered this alarming situation early this year... customers calling about the Peter Pan Peanut butter recall were routed to us agents and we have to get information about the product they bought including the serial number and who in their family were affected by the Salmonella contamination... it was very startling coz every minute frantic calls would come after another and believe me, they were not happy about it... even some of customers would call about their household pets being sick coz they too fed them with the peanut butter... i didn't know what happened after that since i already resigned from the company... but i do know the client promised all the callers to have refunds and would shoulder for all their consultations and hospitalizations.
