right and wrong  | |  Here are two versions of the idea. The first is of an atheistic view of the world, the other through a theistic view.
Atheist View first. Because there is no greater being that humans in this world or area that humans know of, humans are therefor dictators of their own lives. Because we decide what is right or wrong, there are many views of right or wrong but the mainstream of people have decided what is right or wrong in society.
Now for theist view. There is a greater deity than humans who decides what is right or wrong. The problem lies with those who feel that they are the greatest level of being, and that they should dictate what is right or wrong.
So now you all can choose what is right or wrong. And you don't have to stay exactly with one side. You can change bits of what you believe in. Just make sure it is the right choice for you.

The main reason that most cultures consider murder "wrong" is because of instincts. People know that they will be safer if they have others around to protect them. So they create a mutual agreement not to harm each other for their own benefit. I've never heard of a culture where random killing is considered acceptable, though. | |
