Now that I am back to work, no swelling feet?

Ok, this is a very unusual problem. 6 years ago, I had an implant to repair a broken bone. I was warned of swelling that might occur around the implant (titanium). yep! I've had it! at first, I thought it was because I was working all the time, so, I took some time off. but then I noticed quite a bit more swelling when the leg wasn't working as much. I soon took a job that requires me to be on my feet 10 hours a day, and now I don't have the swelling problem. I haven't drank as many fluids, so I am assuming this is fluid retention of some sort? I work in construction, and loathe having to use the restroom there, so I won't even drink anything until Lunch break, and then in a small amount until I get home. this doesn't sound healthy, does it?

Don't be silly. Fluid retention does not have to do anything with your swelling feet. As your condition has already resolved there is no point in working out a diagnosis.
