first thing you do when you get up

This discussion remind me a small joke. One boy asked a girl: When you do you do when you get up? The girl answered: Open my eyes. For we I always rushed to company as I get up late.

Hi there graham! When I'm up and ready, done with breakfast, shower and all that, what I do next is go to our internet cafe, our business if we don't have anything else planned.

I usually grab something to eat.

The first thing I do every morning is head to the bathroom. If I am going somewhere right away I take a shower. Otherwise, I go to the bathroom and then either eat breakfast OR just sit in front of the television or the computer. Since I am retired, I have more days that there is nothing on the agenda than that there is a loaded one. Some days I have my grandkids, but that is usually done at home and I don't always have to go anywhere when they are coming. Sometimes I don't even have to get dressed!

Usually i would go for a jog with two of my friends but sometimes we would go for a workout.

Have breakfast.

Hhhm the first thing I do when I get up is simply to get up:p Well the first thing is that I admire the sun-rays through the window of my room. It fills my mind with peace and hope for the new day. The new rays showering seems to bring lots of home for a happy and peaceful day.
