The weather has been just terrible here the last month or so. School has been closed an awkful lot because of the weather. When there is no school and kids cant get outside, it is really hard on a Mohter. The kids get bored and you will hear them voice thir boredom all day.
I just found this great web site that is filled with wonderful craft recipes to use with your kids. They are wonderful and they are all in one place.
It has everything form
Soap SLime, clown paint, paper paste, homemade bath salts, gunk, slime, plower preservative, Glitter sparke bottles, soap crayons, sawdust modeling clay, flour and salt clay, kool aid finger paint, oatmeal dough, puffy paint, salt paint, snow paint, jello finger paint, goop, playdough, finger paint,Colored Sand,Frut putty and many more craft recipes. This should keep your kids busy all winter. The recipes can be found here.

Hey! This is really cool!!! It even ties into your Epsom salt discussion from the other day! :)
Home-Made Bath Salts
Need:
2 1/2 lb Epsom Salts Food Coloring Perfume Combine Epsom salts with food coloring and perfume in a large bowl. Mix well so color is even. Put into smaller jars and let stand 4-6 weeks before using. This causes the odor to blend with the salts. This bath salt is very soothing and makes for a very relaxed bath.
This is pretty cool! I will definitely be doing this!!!
And it can also make for great gifts too!

Thanks for the best response. :)
And I know what you mean. I wonder sometimes myself.
Sometimes it seems as if people just skim the beginning of a discussion and then answer anything that pops in their head. That's...not always a good thing. ha ha

Sometimes I wonder if anyone really reads my discussions. Some of the comments are just "way out there"

Wow, what a great website. There are so many interesting things to do. I am always looking for new things to do with my grandson as he gets bored easily. Hes only three so his attention span isn't very long. I am sure these ideas will keep us busy for awhile. thanks.
