Is this ill-legal software?

I bought Adobe CS2 software package initially single user license. But than i wanted to use on some other systems so i bought a key generator on internet(through that key i can install the same software on other system as well). Now some of my colleauges think its ill-legal source and software is ill-legal. I dont agree i made additional payment for that key generator.

What do u think ?

Did u buy the key generator from Adobe? If it is provided by adobe then ur sofware is perfectly legal. But there are key generator freely available on the net. These can be used to crack a pirated software...
