Are you a public medical patient?  | |  If so, how long do you have to wait to be seen byy a consultant? My brother just received a letter saying he will probably bee seen by a consultant in about 10 months. I have hear dof people having to wait four years for Ear Nose and Throat appointments.

| | 2.  design (646) | 2 years ago |  As far as I know if your waiting more than 6 months you are entitled to go private or abroad and the bill will be payed for you, Not sure if it works this way to see a consultant, but it does for surgery, Maybe the citizen information center can give him advise.
