Who Should Pay for American Healthcare Funding?

I'd like to know how many others are out there who may think like I do about Healthcare funding for Americans. I'm trying to promote "accountability" for manufacturers who include toxic substances in our foods, drinks, cosmetics, and other things. Additionally, I'd like to collect links to information about the health risks of these toxins and build a body of data that will support such an endeavor. Basically, I'd like to promote "caveat venditor" (let the SELLER beware) with regard to the health of Americans, but such an effort needs more than just me. I believe Healthcare for Americans should be funded (at least in part) by ANYONE who knowingly exposes the populace to toxic substances, because we all know these contribute to health problems.
