I absolutely love indian food.
Being from the UK there is a indian/pakistan restaurant/take-away outlet on every corner, I really miss my indian food now I live in Australia.
I have many recipes but I don't find the food I cook anywhere near as nice as the ones you can get in restaurants/take-away outlets.
Saying that I would still be interested to know more recipes on indian cooking.

Oh well. There was a time when I was so enthusiastic and love trying to cook some things. I don't know what has happened to me recently, I don't feel like doing anything and I can't believe that I'm not showing interest when someone is asking me if I want recipes.
