Best or favorite way to condition hands, feet, head, etc.. | | What is the best way to go about doing this? I have a slab of wood in my room than I occasionally drum on with the front and back of my hands to condition them, and in my Healing Fist class we condition our wrists for with blocking drills. What is your favorite or best way to condition the hands and feet?
