what r the BaSic ExeRciSe you do to be HEALTHY

i regularly jog for 30 min..it is then i start my general exercise of stretching concertrating on each part of body.ideally it takes me 1.5hr daily to keep myself fit n strong! wat do u do??

Exercise is good but there are a lot of experts who recommend not to overdo it.
This will be labour and not exercise. Me too, I jog for 30 mins. and walk for another 15 mins about 3 times a week average and it really helps to sleep better and alert all day .
