Plase Help - Database driven Website

Please help me ! I'm making a free mp3 site , where people will find lot of MP3 files (not really files, just links to them on other servers) . Which software should I use to make a database driven website . I don't want to use MySql + PHP , becouse of lack of knowedge. I reather would use some end-user software (where you don't have to write scripts at own...

you can make your website with access db or sql. though there are some ready to use script but you need to customize them according to your needs and for that you need to have some knowledge about it.
