Stop Smoking Patches

i used to smoke but smoke patches ( as i think) will never really help anybody to stop smoking. stop smoking needs discipline. a patch is there just to remind you not to smoke but if are not focus enough or not that discipline you cannot really stop smoking.

My husband used the patch to help him quit a year ago. I guess you just really need the determination to quit, and the will power.

I tried them when I was attempting to quit. I ended up having some type of allergic reaction to the glue. It was terrible, I itched for days. But, no they didn't help me a bit. I think it made me want to smoke more. At least when I was smoking I wasn't scratching.

well my daughter is trying them along with her friend and it has helped as long as she dont take it off her friend is doing great with it. Mostly she misses taking the drags so she drinks her drink threw a staw for that but the motion going to mouth and from moth she has to think of something to do about that ha ha

i used the gum but people do use the patch as it puts nicotine in the body and prevents the craving.
