Tired of Ebay deadbeats that don't pay,return emails,don't give feedback

I sell collectables and some horse tack and apparel on Ebay.More often then I like the winning bidder forgets to pay so I email and after 3 days I email again and again at 3 days then I send ebay a didn't pay email.Usually they pay at that time but it's the grief in the meantime. Then there are the sellers that don't give feedback although you have paid quickly and the buyers that have no complaints but don't feedback. Does anyone have any of these problems? Raydene
