Weather change affect

Weather is change in every country in due time and during weather change we face many common disease. I also face some trouble like fever, cold, headache during weather change in our country specially from Winter-Autumn to Rainy season. I think it is an act of nature. Do you face any such problem in your country if so when and what is that?

I only get colds in the winter. In all the other seasons, I think I am fine most of the time. I don't get sick that oftenly.
